Jeffrey Lewis accepted the challenge of converting the existing Chevron Lubricants North America ISO Management System documentation to become ISO 9001:2015 compliant. The Project was fast-paced and included the review of procedures, incorporating risk-based processes with safeguards and the simplification of previous documents. Jeff’s in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard addressed existing gaps and he quickly provided solutions to align the Standard’s requirements with our operations. The final product was delivered ahead of schedule and his level of support has begun to cultivate change within the organization.
